The Top 10 Superhero Movie Characters

This post kicks off our “Top 10” posts where we list our Top 10 Superhero Movie Characters.

This list will include characters from every universe that has released movies so Marvel, DC etc. Well, are there any others besides Marvel and DC? Actually, there are but we’ll save that topic for another post.

But ANY franchise is fair game for this list. And to clarify, here is a description of what a superhero actually is from the legendary Stan Lee:

A superhero is a person who does heroic deeds and has the ability to do them in a way that a normal person couldn’t. So in order to be a superhero, you need a power that is more exceptional than any power a normal human being could possess, and you need to use that power to accomplish good deeds.

Number Three – Batman (Christian Bale)

Number Four – Spider man (Tom Holland)

Number Five – Superman (Henry Cavill)

Number Six – Judge Dredd (Karl Urban)

Number Seven – Wolverine (Hugh Jackman)

Number Eight – Storm (Halle Berry)

Number Nine – Captain America (Chris Evans)

Number Ten – Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.)

This is our Top 10 Movie Characters – but not the Top 10 of All Time which we’ll probably do in a future post.

We looked at other Top 10 Superhero lists from around the internet and there are some interesting choices including what we’d classify “super villains”. We’ll be looking at doing our Top 10 Villains in the near future as we don’t classify villains as superheroes by Stan Lee’s description above.

If you can think of any superheroes that should be on our superhero list, be sure to comment and leave your feedback! We’re looking forward to comparing our lists with yours!
